- The homepage will appear on your screen, where you have to click on Download the Application form tab.
- Fill up the complete application form
- Include every document listed above.
- Send this form to the Social Security Administration.
- Finally, the Department of Social Security will provide you an Approval Certificate.
Selection Process
- Applicant first visit the Official Website of Gujarat Vidya Sahay Yojana
- The homepage will appear on your screen, where you have to visit the E-citizen option in the navigation bar.
- Choose Jan Seva Kendra from the drop-down menu.
- The “Social Security” link will need to select on the new page that will emerge.
- In order to read the information displayed on the screen, choose “વિધવા સહાય મે ળવવાબાબત” option.
- Selection procedure

- Now click the button to download the form, or print it and bring it to the Mamlatdar, Talati, or Jan Seva Kendra Office.
- The application form should print out and complete.
- Add the necessary papers, as indicated by the list above.
- If the “Do you have the Certificate of Caste or Senior Citizen” item on the form is answered with a NO, an affidavit must give by the relevant office.
- Now If the “Is there a necessity of Javab Panch Namu in the form” checkbox is select by you, take two individuals to the relevant office for verification.
- If the “Is there a requirement of JavabPanchNamu in the form” checkbox is select as NONE, then proceed directly to the relevant office to submit the form.
