- STEP-1 Open My Ration Application. Login again.
- STEP-2 After logging in, you will have to reset the PIN.
- STEP-3 Select the Aadhaar e-KYC option on the home page.
- STEP-4 If you have downloaded the Face RD application on your mobile, click on the link shown on the screen.
- STEP-5 Then click on the checkbox of I have read the above instructions. Then click on the Get Card Details button.
- STEP-6 Then enter the ration card number and enter the code. Then get the details of the card members.
- STEP-7 After checking the list of ration card holders, select the name for Aadhaar e-KYC (to do e-KYC in more than one name, select the name one by one.)
- STEP-8 I agree and click on the checkbox.
- STEP-9 Then generate OTP and verify OTP.
- STEP-10 After face verification, click live photo. (Blink once) Then click on capture button. (If face is correct then green circle will appear otherwise red circle will appear) (Blink)
- STEP-11 If face e-KYC is successful then you will get a message of success in green words.
