A copy of Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board’s letter dated 12/04/2023 with enclosure is enclosed herewith. Gujarat Gaun Seva Samhita Mandal has planned to hold a competitive examination in August-2023 for filling up the direct recruitment posts of Non-Secretariat Clerk and Office Assistant, Head Clerk and Senior Clerk Non-Technical Class-3 of various Non-Technical cadres. So, it has been asked to fill up the vacancies to be filled by direct recruitment of Junior Clerk Cadre owned by the Circle Office and send the good demand form and checklist to the board by 15/05/2023 through the department.
By the resolution of the Department dated 21/09/1995, it has been decided to treat Junior Clerk/Telephone Operator/Telephone Clerk/Welcome Clerk etc. as a combined cadre of separate cadres working in rest houses/guesthouses etc. owned by the Roads and Buildings Department as Junior Clerks. So, keeping in mind the said matter as well as the roster and reserved posts while preparing a good demand sheet to fill the vacancies to be filled by direct recruitment of Junior Clerk cadre, circle office wise demand sheet and checklist will have to be prepared. All circle offices are requested to send the following documents in person by 06/05/2023 without fail.
Regarding the sending of applications/requisition forms for filling up the direct recruitment posts of Non-Chivalaya Clerks and Office Assistants, Head Clerks and Senior Clerks of Non-Tatri Class-III cadres.
In pursuance of the above subject, a competitive examination is planned to be held on August 23 to fill up the posts of Non-Chivalaya Clerk and Office Assistant, Head Clerk and Senior Clerk Non-Trial Class-III in various non-official cadres.

Earlier, in the proposal requisitions sent to the board by the offices of your department, it has been stated to ensure space for disabled persons in all categories and send revised requisitions as per the change in the percentage of reserved space for PH category candidates, which has not been implemented yet. Your department is requested to inform all the offices of your intention to send new requisition form through the issuing department to fill up the approved vacancies of Head Clerk, Senior Clerk and Junior Clerk from Naverar to Naverar in compliance with all the existing rules and regulations. Along with this prescribed sample demand form and check vest are included.
Under consideration of conducting the recruitment process in the year 2023-24 to fill up the posts of non-technical categories of non-technical category-3 of the above Non-Secretary Clerk and Office Assistant, Head Clerk and Senior Clerk categories, different applications/requisition forms are sent to the Board as per the existing policies and norms of the Govt. It is requested to send the mandals as soon as they are received by 15/05/2023 with compliance of all instructions.
